"Jenna was very helpful. Getting the end she explained my current coverage on my three vehicles and I had questions about whether I should keep full coverage on my 87 Toyota that seldomly drive. She recommended I look at the premium insurer for classic vehicles. Going to take care of look at that today. Very happy with her support. "I've had nothing but frustration with Scott Koth – State Farm. My premiums kept increasing with no clear explanation, even though my driving record and home situation remained the same. When I tried to get answers, I was met with vague responses and poor customer service. It felt like no one really cared to help or even justify the price hikes. After years with State Farm, this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I’ve since switched providers and am saving hundreds with better support. I do not recommend this agency."
